Please include your Order # (if applicable), Name, Email Address, Phone #, and brief description of issue.

We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm PST.

(We are NOT open on the weekends and all major holidays).
My card was charged but did not receive a confirmation email?!
This sometimes happens when your payment is declined. Please do not worry as you have not actually been charged it just seems as you were as it can take up to 24 hours for your bank to process the funds back into your bank account. 
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
All sales are final! No refunds, returns or exchanges once the item is shipped out. Please read all product descriptions carefully 
before purchasing.

In the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item, just reach out to our customer support support@arozesociety.com and we will exchange the item for you right away.
